Cost For Embroidered Hat
If you need one hat embroidered, we will do that and only charge you $15 in most cases. Design may change that price, but this is based on average size and basic design. This cost is for the embroidery only. We have several hat options to choose from and those range in cost. We encourage custoemrs to browse around one of our supplier websites and find the style they prefer and from there we can order those, and provide a total cost. You can review product options here.
Embroidery File
For embroidery, we require a specific file format (DST) to instruct our machines on color usage and stitching order. We offer logo digitization for a one-time fee of $25, ensuring your design is kept on file for future orders. Although some designs may need simplification for optimal results, we will be able to view your logo and see if any adjustements are recomended.
Embroidery Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on order quantity; for orders of 100 or more hats, expect approximately 9-10 business days for completion. Single-item embroidery requests can often be completed on next day if you provide a digitized logo. Contact us for your needs, whether they are large or small.
